The long awaited replacement for the Song of Songs Ketubah which sold out in less than a year! The new Song of Love has two intertwining vines representing the love and commitment of the couple. Blooming flowers and singing birds airily surround the wedding vows. Gracefully calligraphed biblical verses, in muted colors and shining gold, dance around and through the watercolor illumination. Fine gold foil accents create an elegant finish to the ketubah.
Ketubah Artist Bio
Mickie Caspi, an Israeli-American artist and calligrapher has been creating Judaic art since 1980. Mickie’s delicate watercolors draw on the inspiration of many sources: traditional Jewish, Persian and Arabic motifs, contemporary graphics, art nouveau and her love of nature. Mickie studied at Columbia College and spent seven years as a freelance artist and calligrapher in Israel. Her work has been exhibited in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Chicago, San Fransico and Boston, and her illustrations have appeared in several Hebrew children’s books.
