Landscape Ketubah

This ketubah brings the art of ‘oil painting’ to the world of Ketubot. The background gives the impression of floral carvings in stone, representing the strong foundation of the wedding bond. Contained within are two landscapes, one of the sea the other of mountains and harvest fields. These represent the seasons and the many landscapes the earth offers.
Ketubah Artist Bio
Howard Fox is an artist with a keen eye for detail. His unmistakable style is rich, lush and full of symbolic nuance. Originally from Canada, he now lives in Israel where he produces art for both the general and Judaic art worlds. Howard has had numerous exhibitions in the U.S., Israel and Canada, and his Ketubot have found homes as far away as Australia, France and Belgium.
