Our blogger is visiting Israel but can’t seem to take her Ketubah.com and Jewish Wedding glasses off so here is how it all began!
When I first booked my ticket to Israel it was selfish. I have always been so fortunate to travel to Israel more times than the number of years I am old. For the first time since I was 12 I had not been to Israel for 3 years. As we get older traveling can get more and more difficult. There’s school, work, responsibilities, expenses, and millions of other reasons not to. I decided that somehow, with the opportunity to be a student again and have a job that has allowed me to work from home, I would get reacquainted with Israel, my true second home. (Toronto will probably always be first, what can I do?)
We both got so excited about my going to Israel we ended up with a lengthy list of people for me to interview.
With that in mind, a reasonably affordable ticket online, I booked a month long trip. Aside from all my other social media and blogging responsibilities which I knew I could maintain in Israel, I wondered what else I could do while I’m there. We have begun shooting videos and interviews with artists (stay tuned!) and the chance to meet the Israeli artists, get a glimpse into the diverse art scene here, was too good to pass up. Luckily my boss was not only open to the idea but started brainstorming himself. We both got so excited we ended up with a lengthy list of people for me to interview. Now, will they all happen? That remains to be seen but the adventure has begun!

Have a wonderful trip. (I forget the Hebrew saying we use when someone is headed to Isreal.) Can’t wait to follow along (and see some interviews too).
Thank you! Got a post going live Monday. It’s nisiah tova נסיה טובה 🙂
